Privacy policy.
This policy explains what personal data AAKAAR University ("we", "us") collects when you use aakaar-demo.getsitenexa.com or enquire about admission, and how we use it. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you send us on WhatsApp: your name, mobile number, email, city, the programme you are interested in and your message.
- Nothing stored by the interactive features: the name you type on the ID card, your scratch-card results and chalkboard drawings stay in your browser and are never sent to us.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and performance.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and guide you through admission.
- To send you application links, test dates and scholarship information you asked for.
- To arrange campus visits.
We do not sell your data. We only send updates you have asked for, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP.
Who we share it with
- WhatsApp (Meta), as the channel you choose to message us on. Their own privacy policy applies.
- Our admissions counsellors and, if you apply, the faculty who review your application.
- Government and regulatory bodies when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months. If you join us, your records follow the university's student-records policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to admissions@aakaar.edu.in. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
