Information on this site

We work hard to keep programme details, fees, dates and eligibility rules accurate, but they can change. The prospectus, your offer letter and the university's published regulations are the binding documents. Where they differ from this website, they take precedence.

Fees and refunds

Fees shown are tuition per year for the stated intake and do not include hostel, mess, exam or one-time charges unless said so. Refunds of the seat deposit and fees follow the refund policy in your offer letter and the applicable UGC guidelines.

Scholarships

Scholarship values are maximums. Awards depend on eligibility, documents and available funds, and continuing awards may require minimum academic performance.

Interactive features

The scratch cards, chalkboard, ID card and ribbon on the home page are for fun. A scratch-card result is a suggestion, not an offer of admission or a scholarship.

Content and trademarks

The AAKAAR name, logo and site content belong to the university. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. 3D characters on the home page are by Quaternius (quaternius.com), released under CC0.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use or from links to third-party sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
